Alison Larson-Smith - President
I have been with Diversified Services since it's inception in 1997
and have been in the property management field since 1983. I started
out managing a 24 plex in Grand Forks, ND and eventually moved on to
Manufactured Housing Parks, Apartments, Condos, Mini-Storage, and Single Family Homes
and a few commercial buildings. I have managed property in Grand Forks,
East Grand Forks, Bismarck, Mandan and Moorhead, MN. I enjoy my line of
work and strive to run an upstanding managment company with excellent
customer service. I was a licensed realtor for a few years and have
extensive training in Fair Housing. I am a certified New Home
Specialist and am Residential Construction Certified. Diversified
Services has memberships in the following:

- Diversified Services Property Management is active in the "THE SAFE RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAM" provided by the Bismarck Police Department. We are notified immediately if there have been visits to our properties so that we can act immediately to get any problems resolved quickly and quietly. This prevents crime and keeps our properties and tenants safe.
