Meet The DSI Staff
Alison Larson-Smith
I have been with Diversified Services since it's conception in 1997
and have been in the property management field since 1983. I started
out managing a 24 plex in Grand Forks, ND and eventually moved on to
Manufactured Housing Parks, Apartments, Condos, Mini-Storage, and Single Family Homes
and a few commercial buildings. I have managed property in Grand Forks,
East Grand Forks, Bismarck, Mandan and Moorhead, MN. I enjoy my line of
work and strive to run an upstanding managment company with excellent
customer service. I was a licensed realtor for a few years and have
extensive training in Fair Housing. I am a certified New Home
Specialist and am Residential Construction Certified. Diversified
Services has memberships in the following:

- North Dakota manufactured Mobile Home Association
- Factual Data background check service
- Members of the Bismarck Landlord\Tenant Background Check Program
- Members of the Mandan Landlord\Tenant Background Check Program
- Diversified Services Property Management is active in the "THE SAFE RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAM" provided by the Bismarck Police Department. We are notified immediately if there have been visits to our properties so that we can act immediately to get any problems resolved quickly and quietly. This prevents crime and keeps our properties and tenants safe.

Steve Smith
I have been with Diversified Services Property Management
since 1997. I was born and raised in Mandan, ND. I love working and
enjoy the people in North Dakota. My training and qualifications include:
- Class A,B and C licenses
- Certified in Lead Renovation
- Extensive Welding Experience
- Training in Low Pressure Boilers
- HVAC Training
- Refrigeration Training
- Extensive Fair Housing Training
- Realtor Experience
Jane Marum
I have been an Accounts/Leasing Manager with Diversified Services
Property Management for over a year. I am a ND native and a
licensed social worker and I have extensive fair housing training.
Richard Weber
I am a North Dakota native and have been employed by Diversified
Services Property Mgmt for a year-and-a-half as the Resident Manager
at Centennial Park. I have 15 years of experience managing manufactured
home parks, Fair Housing and am certified in lead-based paint repair and
remodel.
Dan Swenson
I am a North Dakota native and have been employed with Diversified
Services Property for 6 years as a Maintenance Technician. I am
skilled in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, windows, dry wall,
manufactured home set-up, general maintenance and I am certified in
lead-based paint repair and remodel.

Kelly Geir
I am a ND Native and have been in property management since
May 1985 in the areas of resident manager(s) of Manufactured Home Parks
and maintenance departments. I have training in the following areas:
- Low-pressure boiler
- Mold
- Lead Paint
- Manufactured Home Set-up
- Fair Housing
- Certified in the Mandan Landlord Training Program thru the Mandan Police Dept since October 1998.
Ryan Jose
I am a ND Native and have been with Diversified Services Inc. in property management since
May 2007 in the areas of grounds keeping and maintenance departments.
I have attended training in:
- Lead paint
- Fair Housing
Diana Stockert
I grew up in the Regan area where I helped my family with their
farm/ranch operation. My background is in accounting/finance having
worked for Bobcat, US Bank and Edward Jones. I joined Diversified
Services in April of 2010 working part-time in the office.
I am a member of House of Prayer and the treasurer of WELCA,
our ladies organization.
Jesse Larson
I am new to Diversified Services this year and work in the
maintenance department. I am excited to be a part of this great
company and team.
